I think that tlaila has a great i know a lot of students would be intrested in a program like that we just need to get started if you could please, please, please do the things mentioned in tlaila's article above we could inform a lot of people about global warming. Infact when our geography teacher asked what global warming no one knew. So i think the student ambassadors program is a wonderful thing.

I think that is a wonderful idea! Letting students show through schools how they care and can contribute is an excellent way of encouraging young adults to prove how they can make a difference in the world, all by themselves!

I was wondering, does FLICK OFF have a student ambassador program? or local speakers in cities to send to High Schools/Elementary Schools? If not, would you consider providing a program like this? All one would need is possibly a DVD video or slideshow that talks/shows about the effects of global warming (i.e. put the Flick Off commercials on it, get some experts to speak about it, get anti-global warming eager youth to talk on it) and what we can do. Also, maybe a small pamphlet that talks about what we can do? FLICK OFF could make packages taht interested students could ask for and either download online (as to make our OWN dvd to save wasted dvds that people wont use) or mail them to our homes? Even better, an attached letter to give to our principal/teacher telling them "Dear Teacher, Your student has expressed an interest in ... etc." asking for a small assembly or socials class slot to play the dvd and have a talk given by a student ambassador and perhaps also some changes their school could provide.
